I’m going to show you how to become a massive female bodybuilder. This is a great and empowering sport for women to get into. Even though women are considered at a disadvantage in this sport compared to men, there are still places to take advantage to help make the process.

I think the first thing you need to do is incorporate squats and deadlifts into your workout routine. These two exercises are probably the most compound ones you’ll ever do. I’m often surprised at how many people don’t do this. I’ve heard all the excuses and the most common is that they want to buildup their upper body. I hate to break it to you, but you’ll do more to build up your upper body by using squats and deadlifts. These two particular exercises will help increase overall testosterone production and stimulation of muscle tissue.

The next you’ll want to do is work to speed up your metabolism. Having a metabolism that is running at a burning fast rate, means your body is consuming more calories than normal. This allows you eat more without putting on fat, it means you’re more active and your muscles overall will feel the need to stimulate growth.

Lastly, you’ll need to understand that muscle tissue isn’t made in the gym, it’s made in the 48hrs after you workout. It is a continuous process that happens over this time. Protein is the required condition to build muscle. When you put protein in your system it only stays in there for about 2-4 hours. That means you need to be getting protein every 2-4hrs to ensure your body is getting the necessary nutrition to build tissue.
